Do you do repairs or replace roof sheets on an existing pergola or deck?
No — we don't take on repair work to existing pergolas or decks, and we don't replace damaged or old roof sheets. We design and build new outdoor structures from the ground up, and can replace an existing structure entirely.
Do you handle council approvals?
Yes. Approvals are managed for you by a Castle Hill certification specialist we work with, who handles the whole process end to end — so you don't have to navigate council paperwork yourself.
Are your projects covered by Home Building Compensation (HBCF) insurance?
Yes. Every project over $20,000 is covered by Home Building Compensation Fund insurance, and your certificate is provided at the start of the project.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we hold NSW licence 251315C, which covers the pergola, deck and patio work we do, and every project over $20,000 is covered by Home Building Compensation Fund insurance. We're a fully licensed, insured, family-owned business based in Dural.
