Outdoor Living in Hornsby

The natural bushland in the Hornsby area provides a beautiful, peaceful setting at any time. But in order to truly appreciate your surroundings and get in amongst the birdlife, you really need to set the scene with a fabulous add-on like a stylish pergola, patio or expansive deck hugging the side of your home. If your property is propped on a steep slope, there’s no better way to make the most of under utilised landscape and add extra space to your home at the same time. So what is the right style and design for you when making home improvements. It’s time to consult with the professionals.

Patio and Pergola

Patios and Pergolas for All Occasions

Looking for somewhere to host a child’s birthday or perhaps an impromptu BBQ? Or perhaps you simply want the added advantage of a closed in sunroom for entertaining. No matter the occasion, we have patios and pergolas to get tongues wagging and give that WOW factor. We only use suppliers and products we know and trust, ensuring the highest quality and making the space you have as functional as possible.

Wet Weather? So What?

Don’t let wet, hot or windy weather put you off enjoying the outdoors and stop stressing about those muddy footprints trailing throughout the house. With a custom-built pergola, you can ensure that everything that should be outside, stays outside. We recommend insulated or polycarbonate roofing which provide great benefits ranging from UV protection, glare, noise and heat reduction to various colour options. Top this with a funky outdoor stove and chic dining setting or outdoor lounge and you’ve got the most inviting setting day or night. Ask someone else to put the jug on. Sit back, relax and just enjoy.

Low Maintenance Decking with Class

Combining the constant maintenance of a backyard with a busy lifestyle is just not a good mix. You may be on the look out for ways to minimise the time spent mowing and sweeping. Why not consider installing a new deck on the back or side of the house. Not only will it reduce maintenance but looks impressive and is a great option for entertaining. If you’re looking for low maintenance, we recommend aluminium decking for so many reasons. It’s environmentally friendly, does not require staining, oiling or painting and doesn’t crack, splint, get termites or rot which is ideal for bush environments. It also doesn’t fade in direct sunlight and is perfect for bushfire prone areas like Hornsby.
