Outdoor Living in Dural

Ah Dural… open spaces and that feeling of opulence and relaxation in a rural landscape that most Sydney-siders yearn for. But how often do you actually sit outside, put your feet up, wrap your hand around your coffee cup and really soak it all in? If your answer is “rarely” then it’s time to make some changes. It is amazing how a new patio, pergola or expansive deck can pump new life into a home.

If you’re looking for any of the following, get in touch:

Extend the Indoors, Out

It’s time to extend your indoors, outdoors and Aussie Outdoor Living are the specialists you need. When it comes to home improvements, our inspirational designs, experienced team and attention to detail are unmatched. Family owned and operated, all workmanship comes with a 10 year warranty. As a member of the HIA, we don’t use contractors and pride ourselves on our personal customer service having won the WOMO Service award in both 2014 and 2015.

Party Coming Up? …Don’t Stress

So you have decided to host your one of the big parties at home. What were you thinking! What’s the bet you would prefer for guests to remain outdoors rather than trudging dirt through your house. It’s time to start thinking about an area outside that can cater for these types of gatherings. Using high quality, specifically selected materials, we can transform and extend any home to create a functional space with the ‘Wow’ factor.

Outdoor Patio and Pergola Roofing to Suit

Many areas of Dural are open to the elements and there is nothing worse than trying to entertain indoors because it’s too wet, hot or windy to be outside. Polycarbonate roofing minimises glare, is UV protective, comes with a 15 year warranty and is high impact and great in all types of weather. Colourbond roofing comes in a range of colours and provides a clean yet textured look to your patio or pergola whilst insulated roofing is perfect for noise, condensation and heat reduction. Add in a cooking element such as a built in BBQ or Pizza Oven, some LED lighting and some classic fans and the atmosphere is set for a great social gathering day or night.

Maintenance Be Gone!

A rural setting brings with it the challenges of yard maintenance and continuous up keep. If you’ve a stubborn area of yard where the grass simply won’t grow and usually ends up a muddy puddle or dry dirt patch, perhaps it’s time to consider placing a stunning new deck over the top. Decking brings a level of class to an outdoor area, not to mention the reduction of maintenance. We recommend aluminium decking boards. They are chic, stylish, environmentally friendly and don’t require any painting, oiling or staining. They are great for bare feet too as they won’t rot, crack or splint. Sunlight will not fade them and they’re actually cooler to stand on than hardwood. Better still, they are perfect for those areas in Dural that are bushfire prone. One less thing to worry about when you have a busy lifestyle.
