AWARD WINNING DESIGNS

Kellyville Ridge

Our clients in Kellyville were after the ultimate indoor/outdoor living and entertaining area. Their current area had no cover and there was a step down to the concrete area. Chris designed a beautiful outdoor area including a large insulated roof with LED down lights and fans, mounted on the roof which added extra height and air flow to the area. Fitted with an aluminium deck which allowed a seamless transition from inside to outside with no more stepping! Our clients wanted to go all out on an outdoor kitchen/BBQ so we installed a double sided aluminium clad wall which enabled us to mount their range hood, gas and water through for their new outdoor kitchen. As they got the afternoon sun, our sister company Aussie Outdoor Blinds & Screens installed electric blinds which blocks out the heat, most of the sun whilst protecting their new outdoor furniture and kitchen. Absolutely beautiful!

AUSSIE OUTDOOR LIVING'S PROCESS

1
DESIGN
STAGE 1

Design Consultation

We will arrange a design consultation with you to discuss your outdoor living and entertaining plans. We will complete a site analysis which will identify design solutions that capitalise on your homes strengths, opportunities and overcome any challenges presented such as bushfire prone land.
2
APPROVAL
STAGE 2

Council Approval

Many of our projects require some form of approval. We have developed a process that is easy for our client to navigate through this stage of the project. Depending on the type of approval required, this could take up to 6 - 8 weeks or 3 - 4 months.
3
CHECK MEASURE
STAGE 3

Check Measure

We will complete a final check measure of the project with you which involves finalising specifications, colours and any other aspects of your project. Upon final check measure, the materials required for the project will be ordered and the project will be added to the construction schedule.
4
CONSTRUCTION
STAGE 4

Start of Construction

One of expertly trained construction teams will commence construction of your project. Initial stages may require demolition and waste removal, excavation and general preparation of the area. Depending on the size of the project, construction may take a week to a number months.
5
COMPLETION
STAGE 5

Completion of Construction

When the construction team have finished and any additional trades have also completed their finishing touches (eg. electrician has finished installing new fans, lighting and motorised blinds) - the structure will be detailed and cleaned and any building waste or debris will be removed from the site.

Yes - we sure do. Visit our lifestyle showroom to look at our life sized pergola displays incorporating decking, outdoor kitchens and blinds.
Where does Aussie Outdoor Living service?
We service the Hills Districts and surrounding suburbs. Please phone our office to check if you’re unsure if we service your area.
Does Aussie Outdoor Living supply material only?
No, Aussie Outdoor Living design, supply and install outdoor living and entertaining areas. We are unable to supply just materials.
Does Aussie Outdoor Living use timber for pergolas and decking?
In the past we used timber for our structures but as the building industry and available products evolved we have sourced a perfect alternative to timber for our structures. In short – we do! Many of our projects require some form of approval and we have made it super easy for our clients to navigate through this. We will introduce you to a leading specialist based in Castle Hill who will complete the entire approval process on your behalf.
Does Aussie Outdoor Living offer Home Owners Warranty Insurance?
Yes we do. All projects over $20,000 in value are covered by the Home Warranty Insurance Scheme. This is currently called the Home Building Compensation Fund insurance (HBCF). A HBCF certificate of insurance is provided at the beginning of our projects with a value in excess of $20,000.
What is Aussie Outdoor Living's licence number?
Our licence number is 251315C. Please visit www.onegov.nsw.gov.au/PublicRegister to view more information
