STAGE 1
Design Consultation
We will arrange a design consultation with you to discuss your outdoor living and entertaining plans. We will complete a site analysis which will identify design solutions that capitalise on your homes strengths, opportunities and overcome any challenges presented such as bushfire prone land.
STAGE 2
Council Approval
Many of our projects require some form of approval. We have developed a process that is easy for our client to navigate through this stage of the project. Depending on the type of approval required, this could take up to 6 - 8 weeks or 3 - 4 months.
STAGE 3
Check Measure
We will complete a final check measure of the project with you which involves finalising specifications, colours and any other aspects of your project. Upon final check measure, the materials required for the project will be ordered and the project will be added to the construction schedule.
STAGE 4
Start of Construction
One of expertly trained construction teams will commence construction of your project. Initial stages may require demolition and waste removal, excavation and general preparation of the area. Depending on the size of the project, construction may take a week to a number months.
STAGE 5
Completion of Construction
When the construction team have finished and any additional trades have also completed their finishing touches (eg. electrician has finished installing new fans, lighting and motorised blinds) - the structure will be detailed and cleaned and any building waste or debris will be removed from the site.
